Project description
Installation of new local exhaust ventilation for two packing lines and a new and central vacuum cleaning system.
The two packing lines needed to have their existing local exhaust ventilation replaced by a new one that would meet today’s requirements in terms of automation, staff safety, food safety, noise, ATEX, mechanics and ergonomics. Concurrently, the existing vacuum cleaning system was also to be replaced in order to meet the same current requirements as the local exhaust ventilation.
Both new systems were to consist of a fully automatic filter, a ventilator and vacuum cleaning with noise attenuation and discharge and be connected automatically to a CIP plant and a hot air drying system.
